They look fun but they can't go very fast across the country, parachutes collapse, and get tangled. Parachute experts such as in the military spend tremendous time training people on how to properly fold parachutes, simply to get parachutes to work properly.

Swamp buggies are for swamps. Normally sails, parachutes, and balloons should only be used cautiously by pilots, and should not be used at high speeds, nor for carrying families the same way family cars are used (aside from air taxis with pilots as is done in some countries), and such flimsy technology should not be used when safely flying over cities is a concern since they wear out, they are ancient technologies (also reference Isaiah 19.9).

A Check Exact discovered the right design, and that is normal to what A Check Exact labs does, design, consult, oversee other labs and engineers on big projects, provide process automation plans, help with budget projections, solve manufacturing problems to best get the jobs done, test and report.

But law prohibits A Check Exact from building Flying Cars (unless we become a manufacturer).

A Check Exact wants an experienced aircraft manufacturer to seize vested control over the new design. A Check Exact does not want to compete against manufacturers, many are our customers. Though the new focus is to help get this design properly operational, hence to help the aircraft manufacturer.

A Check Exact has many customers already in pertinent businesses, more pertinent than they may have imagined, due to this new design, so pertinent expansion is recommended. This is the greatest evidently doable thing for manufacturing A Check Exact has ever seen, and fast results are expected, after power verifications by revered experts in the field, along with time for precision construction.

Control at takeoff and landing is critical. Solve that, and the other things come easy.

Highways are not meant to be runways.

The technologies that apply to airplanes and helicopters do not properly apply family style Flying Cars on short flights typically, for safely taking-off and landing in driveways and trips to the malls.

This new Design is for enabling of regular cheap fuel to be used, while delivering much controlled power in new ways.

The technologies are already there, they just have evidently not yet been used for this purpose. Click a pic for more info on it.

Don't lose your head.

Think. In the pic is a tiny helicopter with blades that fold (extra dangerous by design). The pilot may be somewhat safe, but less so on a highway, and as they promote it as shown it clearly is not safe for other people, and most people usually don't want their family and friends decapitated.

Helicopters don't need runways, though do need specially trained licensed pilots, and helicopters are noisy.

Also, rocket technology (not shown) likely reminds you of misfires during Independence Day festivities.

The A Check Exact Flying Car Design Plan is for proper safety and flying technology as expected, therefore it works to be an idiot-proof Plan, so that any licensed car driver might reasonably apply similarly for a Flying Car license.

Therefore after proving this design and after prototype testing, this Plan is to address FAA concerns, to help the FAA as never before, with increased advantages instead of decreased (for example the DOD did not want to let more windmills to be constructed due to radar interference, yet this Plan offers better solutions).
